About This Role
Accenture is hiring for Trust & Safety New Associate positions as part of their Trust and Safety operations that help keep the internet safe. As a content moderator, you’ll serve as an important line of defense by improving the quality and safety of online content. This meaningful work helps protect users and communities on major internet platforms while you gain hands-on job experience with one of the world’s leading consulting firms.
What You Will Do
Content Review & Moderation – Analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content according to client guidelines. You’ll use specific tools and channels to ensure content meets platform safety standards.
Policy Compliance – Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines. You’ll need to understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines to make accurate moderation decisions.
Issue Resolution – Investigate, escalate, and/or resolve issues that are reported by users or flagged by automated systems. You’ll handle complex content issues and relay them to the broader Trust and Safety team when needed.
Community Advocacy – Serve as an advocate for the user community by ensuring fair and objective content decisions that balance safety with freedom of expression.
Process Improvement – Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work. Your feedback and insights will help enhance moderation processes.
Continuous Learning – Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role. Accenture provides ongoing support and skill development opportunities.
Sensitive Content Handling – Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping online communities safe. You may be exposed to potentially objectionable content including graphic, violent, or egregious material.
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduation (UG: Any Graduate)
- Any Postgraduate (PG) – Optional
- No specific stream requirement
Experience:
- 0 to 1 years (Freshers can apply)
- Previous BPO, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus
Daily Operations:
- Review hundreds of content pieces daily across text, images, audio, and video formats
- Make quick yet accurate decisions based on platform policies
- Document and report policy violations appropriately
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members or specialized teams
Quality Standards:
- Maintain high accuracy rates in content moderation decisions
- Follow standard operating procedures consistently
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and regional laws
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other moderators and team leads
- Share insights and learnings with the team
- Participate actively in team meetings and discussions
- Support colleagues in handling difficult cases
Important Work Requirements
Age Requirement: Must be over 18 years of age
Shift Timings:
- Ability to work differing rotations and shifts
- Willingness to work non-standard work hours
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business needs

- Graphic violence
- Disturbing imagery
