Amazon Hiring: Associate, ML Data Operations (GO-AI) – Hyderabad (WFH) 2026
Amazon is hiring for Associate, ML Data Operations in the GO-AI Operations team that enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers. This role supports Amazon’s Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by providing real-time and offline image/video data auditing services. As an Associate in ML Data Operations, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy across Amazon’s fulfillment centers worldwide. Required Qualifications
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduate) – Mandatory
- No specific stream requirement
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Willingness for Non-Tech Role – Must be willing to work in a non-technical operational role for the contract duration of 6 months. This is not a software development or IT role.
Image/Video Auditing Ability – Capability to audit image/video/text-based jobs with precision. Strong visual perception and ability to analyze video content quickly.
Attention to Detail – Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct responses. Requires exceptional attention to detail and focus on screen for extended hours.
Performance Orientation – Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality and productivity. Ability to demonstrate fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
Shift Flexibility – Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts. Must be comfortable with 24×7 operations environment.
Team Collaboration – Ability to work in remote teams and be an exceptionally good team player. Must collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Office Readiness – Readiness to come to office for few days when required (applicable for associates working from home).
Virtual Meeting Participation – Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings for team collaboration and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays as per business requirements
- Prior experience in data operations, quality control, or auditing roles (not mandatory)
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital tools
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Work Schedule & Shift Details
Shift Structure:
- 9-hour shift including pre-scheduled breaks
- 6.8 to 7 hours of actual work time per day
- 24×7 environment with rotational shifts
- Shift timings subject to change every 3-4 months or as per business requirement
Night Shift Benefits:
- Night shift allowance provided as per Amazon’s work policy for associates working night shifts
Weekly Offs:
- Rotational two-consecutive day off
- 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off
- Not necessarily Saturday and Sunday
- Schedule may vary as per business discretion
